For a removable mesh pool fence, the panel is pulled between poles, removed when access is needed and reinstalled many times during its service life. If the mesh stretches too much, the fence line can lose shape. If the edge is weak, damage usually starts at the sleeve, stitched line or reinforced hem before the center mesh fails.
