• Sewing — Industrial sewing with UV-resistant thread. We do plain seam, double seam, and blind stitch depending on application.
• Grommets & D-rings — Spaced to your spec, not ours. Standard spacing is 50cm, but we do 25cm, 75cm, or custom.
• Screen printing — Single color to full color. We print logos, warnings, route numbers, company branding. Max print width: 3.2m.

What's your minimum order quantity? 5,000㎡ per order, per specification. If you need multiple specs, each spec line counts separately. We do run shared-material orders below 5,000㎡ when a compatible existing production run is available — ask us.

Can I get samples before placing a bulk order? Yes. We build a sample to your exact spec — material, size, welding, hardware. Sample fee applies and gets credited back when you place a production order over 5,000㎡.

What are your payment terms? First order: 30% deposit, 70% before shipping. Established accounts: we discuss 2-3 successful orders. We accept T/T, L/C.

Do you provide certifications? Yes. We have CE, SGS, and ISO 9001 on file. Test reports are available for each production batch. If you need additional certifications (e.g., specific fire ratings, food-contact compliance), tell us before we quote — we source and certify accordingly.

What's your lead time? 15 days for standard custom orders (your material + your fabrication). For orders over 20,000㎡, we quote lead time based on production scheduling. Rush orders: we sometimes have capacity — ask.

Can you do drop-shipping? Yes, for distributors with consistent volume. We can blind-ship with your return address and documentation. We don't put our branding on your orders unless we have a joint marketing agreement.

Do you ship internationally? Yes. We ship to North America, Europe, Australia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East. Freight is calculated at order stage — we quote CIF or FOB depending on your preference.

Can you match an existing product? If you have a sample or a spec sheet, we can reverse-engineer. This takes 2-3 weeks and a minimum order of 5,000㎡, but it is possible.
