Embossed Tarpaulin
Embossed tarpaulin is reinforced PVC roll material with a textured surface. We supply it for fabricators, industrial fabric distributors and OEM teams selecting the visible finish of a cover, panel or other sewn or welded product. This collection brings together diamond, linen, ticking, leather-style and other named surface references.
Start with the appearance your product needs, then confirm the construction behind it. Two rolls with a similar texture may have different reinforcement, weight, flexibility or processing behavior.
Find the finish to sample
The names below identify sample references, not performance grades. Use the full product name and number when requesting a swatch. A shared number or similar label does not mean two products have the same texture or performance.

A surface name alone does not qualify a reference for an application. Shortlist the appearance first, then review the proposed construction and processing route for the finished product.
Approve appearance and construction together
A texture photograph can help narrow the choice, but it cannot establish relief depth, hand feel or the size of a repeat. Review a physical sample under the lighting and at the viewing distance relevant to the finished product.
Record the chosen face, color, gloss and pattern direction beside the base-fabric specification, target GSM, measured thickness and usable width. If your product has an abrasion, outdoor-exposure, strength or grip requirement, include its acceptance method separately. Embossing is not evidence of a strength upgrade or a verified slip rating.
Check the finish on a fabricated sample
Before committing to a production roll, make a small component with the intended cut, fold, seam or printed area. Look at the texture next to the weld, pattern continuity across joined panels and the appearance of a logo on the selected surface.
For a custom emboss, send a physical reference or an artwork showing scale and repeat. We review the proposed design, tooling and sample requirements before confirming feasibility or cost. Any tooling charge or credit arrangement is agreed for the specific order.

Choosing a textured face for a production order?
We manufacture embossed PVC rolls to an agreed specification. The minimum custom order is 5,000 m², with final production timing confirmed after the finish and construction are approved.
For an initial review, tell us the full finish reference, product you manufacture, required color, target weight or current sample, roll dimensions and total area. Include the joining or printing method if the embossed face will pass through that process.
Once a finish is approved, retain its full reference and sample with the order so later batches can be compared against the same appearance standard.

What is your minimum order quantity?
Embossed roll-material orders start at 5,000 m². When a request includes several finishes, colors or constructions, send the quantity breakdown so we can confirm the production arrangement before quotation.
Can I get samples first?
We support sample review before bulk production. Tell us which finish you need and whether you are checking appearance only or need a larger piece for a cutting, joining or forming trial; sample format and arrangements are confirmed for that request.
How does the custom pattern mold cost work?
Tooling feasibility and cost depend on the proposed design and material. We confirm any development charge and commercial arrangement in the quotation before you approve custom tooling.
Do you offer heat-sealed seams on embossed tarps?
Our fabrication capabilities include high-frequency and hot-air welding. For an embossed construction, trial the intended seam and check both joining performance and the visible surface beside it. The selected material and seam design determine the result.
What's your production lead time?
About 15 days is our usual production reference after specifications and the order are confirmed. A new texture, sampling, testing or special packing may change the schedule; we agree the delivery timing for the actual order.
What's the difference between embossed and smooth PVC tarpaulin?
An embossed face has a deliberate surface texture, while a smooth finish has no comparable relief pattern. Choose between them by appearance, handling and the intended processing result. Texture alone does not establish better strength, outdoor life or grip.
What is 3D embossed tarpaulin used for?
Textured PVC materials are considered when the exposed surface is part of a product’s appearance, such as a soft cover, protective pad or specialty bag. Confirm the selected construction for that component; a decorative finish does not qualify a material for load-bearing or safety-critical use.
How to customize embossed PVC tarpaulin patterns?
Send a texture sample or artwork with the intended scale and repeat. We review whether the design can be developed on the proposed construction, agree the sampling route, and confirm the finished appearance before a bulk order is released.
What colors are available?
Send a physical color sample or a RAL/Pantone reference for review on the selected texture. Approve the finished swatch for shade and gloss; color feasibility and order quantities are confirmed with the construction.
