Define the Water Duty Before Sizing a Water Pillow Tank

Approve Seams, Ports and Printed Branding on a Finished Sample
Before bulk production, one finished sample should be checked as a complete pvc pillow tank, not only as a piece of PVC-coated fabric. The review should cover welded seams, port reinforcement, fitting position, printed branding, folding route and packing method.
For a flexible water tank or collapsible water tank, the weak point is often not the center fabric, but the seam, corner, fitting interface or folded area. Is this tank approved for drinking water?
Not by product name alone. This page covers non-potable industrial water storage. Potable or food-contact use requires a project-specific formulation, migration/contact review, applicable standard, supporting documents and agreed finished-tank verification.
Can the same tank store fuel or chemicals?
Not without a separate compatibility review. The stored medium, concentration, temperature, contact time, fitting material and test method must be confirmed before material selection.
Can capacity, fittings and dimensions be customized?
Yes, after the working capacity, footprint, site, fill/drain arrangement and fabrication limits are confirmed. The reference image does not establish a fixed standard size or connection package.
Can you print our Logo?
Yes. Logo artwork, color, print method, placement, seam clearance, folding route and sample approval should be confirmed before bulk production.
What ground preparation is required before installation?
The tank should be placed on a flat, clean and load-bearing surface without sharp stones, metal edges or debris. A groundsheet or protective layer may be recommended depending on site conditions.
What is the expected service life?
Service life depends on material grade, liquid type, UV exposure, temperature, installation surface, filling frequency and maintenance. For project use, we recommend confirming the working environment before selecting the fabric.
Can you provide drawings before production?
Yes. For customized tanks, drawings or specification sheets can be prepared after confirming capacity, dimensions, fittings, seam layout and application requirements. Production should start after customer approval.
