What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 5,000㎡ per order. For first-time buyers, we offer sample orders (starting from 50㎡) so you can verify quality before placing a bulk order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C at sight, and PayPal for samples. For regular orders, T/T is preferred. Payment terms are negotiable for long-term partners.
How long is the production lead time?
Standard orders: 15-20 days after deposit confirmation. Sample orders: 7-10 days. Expedited production is available with additional fees.
How do you control quality?
Every batch undergoes strict inspection: raw material inspection → in-process quality control → final product testing (tensile strength, waterproof test, UV resistance). We provide pre-shipment photos and can arrange third-party inspection (SGS, BV) upon request.
Can I get a sample before bulk order?
Do you offer custom colors and sizes?
Absolutely. We support full customization: any RAL color, custom dimensions up to 5m width, special treatments (fire retardant, anti-UV, anti-fungal), and various accessories (grommets, ropes, velcro).
