Vinyl Embossed Tarp #121
Vinyl Embossed Tarp #121 is a specific textured PVC roll material in our embossing range. For a fabricator or distributor ordering this finish, the starting point is the #121 surface sample: the reference identifies the texture, while the material specification is configured for the customer's product.
GSM, base fabric, color and performance requirements can be customized. Selecting #121 therefore does not assign a fixed weight, strength class or outdoor life to the roll. Keep the texture reference and the agreed construction together when comparing quotations.
Check the #121 surface across a usable piece
Request a sample large enough to judge the finish beyond a single close-up. Lay it in the orientation intended for cutting and review the visible texture across the proposed panel. Agree which face will remain exposed after fabrication.
- Surface consistency: compare the pattern appearance at several positions on the sample, using the same viewing distance.
- Finish after handling: examine the face after the planned folding, joining or packing operation.
- Acceptance reference: retain the approved #121 piece with its color and construction record so the receiving team knows what to compare against.
For any required grip, abrasion or weathering performance, specify the use conditions and acceptance method separately. A textured appearance alone does not verify those results.
