Diamond Embossed Tarp #117 is the diamond-texture PVC roll reference for buyers selecting this particular surface pattern. Approve its physical swatch before specifying material for your cover, panel or other fabricated component.
It is a different texture from Anti-Slip PVC Tarp #117. The shared number is not enough to identify the material: use the full Diamond Embossed name and the corresponding sample on enquiries and purchase documents.
Specify the diamond texture independently of roll construction
Weight, reinforcement fabric, performance requirements and color can all be adjusted to the customer's specification. The #117 diamond pattern is not a separate strength grade, nor does its name establish a slip-resistance rating.
When reviewing the swatch, confirm the outline of the diamond motif, its repeat and the intended exposed face. Compare it directly with any other diamond reference under consideration; do not substitute another pattern merely because both descriptions contain “diamond.” Record the selected surface before finalizing the GSM and base fabric.
Keep the texture identifiable through ordering and receipt
Attach a photo of the approved swatch to the order record and retain the physical piece for incoming inspection. Label it with the complete product name and agreed material specifications. If another company will cut or weld the rolls, give that fabricator the same reference so the receiving and production teams approve the same texture.
