A 10×20 tarp has a two-to-one aspect ratio that suits long equipment, material rows and some frame-supported temporary covers. Its 200 sq ft area is manageable, but the 20 ft edges can flap, stretch and transfer load unevenly if the fixing plan is copied from a square tarp. LonaTarp supplies PE finished covers to distributors and project buyers in made-to-order batches. MOQ is 5,000 m² per approved specification; we do not sell one replacement canopy or a single retail tarp.
Searches also use 10×20 tarps, 10 x 20 tarp and tarpaulin 10 x 20. A 10×20 heavy duty tarp, including the reversed description 20×10 heavy duty tarp, should remain one page and one SKU family after orientation is confirmed.
Measure the 20-Foot Run and Side Drop Together
A flat 10 ft × 20 ft cover may not provide a 10-by-20 finished area after edge treatment. State whether the dimensions are nominal, cut or finished, and mark which side is the 20 ft run. For machinery, include height and desired drop. For a stack, include its end profile. This prevents the common mistake of rotating the sheet and discovering that the grommet layout or printed marks are on the wrong side.
Match PE Weight and Flexibility to Repeated Long-Side Handling
The long format is often unfolded, dragged and refolded from one end. Specify woven PE structure, weight or mil, lamination, color, outdoor exposure and low-temperature handling if relevant. A 10×20 heavy duty tarp should add a stronger edge system where the 20 ft sides carry recurring tension. The PE offer is sourced and supplied; it must not be confused with LonaTarp’s core PVC coated fabric manufacturing capability.
Design the Long-Edge Grommet Row Before Heat Sealing
Long-edge load should be distributed through the hem, reinforcement and eyelet row. Confirm grommet material, spacing, corner patches and any center-side reinforcement before production. If material widths require a joint, review the heat-sealed seam direction so it does not become a fold ridge or water channel. A dimensioned grommet drawing is more reliable than a purchase note that only says eyelets all around.
Separate General Covers from Canopy-Replacement Requirements
A general 10×20 PE tarp can cover equipment or materials, but it is not automatically a fitted replacement for a branded canopy frame. Canopy roofs may require exact pocket geometry, frame tension, valances or attachment hardware. Keep those queries outside this page unless drawings and compatibility are explicitly approved. For open covers, provide drainage slope and enough anchoring to control flutter without over-tightening the corners.
Quote the 10×20 Order from an Orientation-Controlled Sample
Approve one orientation-controlled sample with the label, fold direction and long-edge marks visible. Production QC should compare finished length and width, seam appearance, edge construction, grommet positions, color and package count. For quotation, send the intended orientation, application, material target, quantity, folded-package limit and whether OEM artwork is required. That information is especially important when several 10×20 color or duty SKUs share one export shipment.
For a related 10×20 selection task, buyers can continue to custom tarpaulin cover routes when that adjacent application matches.
Bulk 10×20 PE Tarp Questions and Quotation
Is 10×20 the guaranteed finished size?
The 10×20 footprint is guaranteed as full finished size only when the approved order states that rule and its tolerance. A market listing for 10×20 may otherwise use nominal or cut dimensions.
What data is needed to quote a 10×20 business order?
For this 10×20 program, send use case, finished dimensions, material/duty target, exposure, grommet plan, quantity, printing, packing and destination. MOQ is 5,000 m² per approved specification.
Send the 10×20 specification to Lonatarp@gmail.com or WhatsApp +86 13484130360. For the 10×20 quote, include your business name, application, finished-size requirement, PE duty target, quantity, grommet layout and packing method.
