Wholesale Inflatable Paddle Boards for Custom Brand Programs
Wholesale inflatable paddle boards are not a one-spec product. A distributor building an entry-level line, a resort replacing a rental fleet and a private-label brand launching a touring board need different shapes, deck layouts, attachment points and acceptance checks. As an inflatable paddle board manufacturer, LonaTarp produces the pressure-holding drop-stitch material and converts it into complete custom SUP boards under one approved project specification.
We work on made-to-order B2B programs rather than retail stock. As an inflatable SUP manufacturer, we confirm board dimensions, intended use, construction, graphics, EVA coverage, fittings, accessory kit and packaging before sampling and bulk production.
Treat the Custom Inflatable Paddle Board as One Pressure System
An inflatable paddle board is more than a piece of drop-stitch fabric cut to shape. The center material, deck and hull faces, rail path, corner transitions, valve zone and reinforced attachment areas work together as one pressure chamber.
Start with the Sales Channel and Operating Use
The same inflatable SUP should not be sold into every channel without reviewing how it will be handled. The buyer program determines which design decisions deserve the most attention.
| Buyer Program | Design Priority | Risk to Resolve Before Sampling |
|---|---|---|
| Distributor or private-label range | Clear model positioning and repeatable branding | Too many unconfirmed variants, inconsistent color or artwork between batches |
| Resort or rental fleet | Practical handling, visible asset marking and repair access | High-frequency use exposing rail, handle, valve and deck weak points |
| Touring or performance-oriented model | Outline, tracking interface and controlled stiffness | Marketing claims selected before the target user and water conditions are defined |
| Yoga, fitness or family model | Usable deck area, grip layout and stability objective | External features placed without considering stance and movement |
| Promotional or corporate program | Graphic area, color control and packaging presentation | Appearance approved without confirming the underlying board specification |
Not sure what you need? Please let us know your board size, target user, deck layout, branding requirements and order plan. We will help you select the right inflatable paddle board solution.
Build a Custom SUP Board Around One Approved Specification
As an inflatable SUP manufacturer, LonaTarp coordinates each custom SUP board construction and visible brand package from one approved file set. The available scope is confirmed before quotation and may include:
Board structure: Custom outline, dimensions, thickness and PVC drop-stitch rail construction.
Deck layout: Full or zoned EVA deck coverage based on the approved standing area.
Graphics: Color standards, screen-printed artwork, markings and private-label design.
Functional fittings: Valve position, handles, D-rings and reinforced attachment zones.
Board interfaces: Fin system, leash point and other confirmed functional parts.
Accessory kit: Paddle, pump, leash, carry bag, repair items, retail carton or bulk packing.
Packing details: Label language, carton marks and packing arrangement for the target channel.
Accessory sourcing and finished-kit configuration are not assumed. We confirm the exact brand, model, quantity, test responsibility and packing position for each item before the sample is approved.
Approve the Sample with a Measurable Acceptance Plan
A sample is useful only when the buyer and factory agree what it must prove. For a custom inflatable paddle board, the sample review should confirm the finished dimensions, outline, inflated shape, surface appearance, color, print placement, rail path, seam condition, corner transitions, EVA coverage, bonding zones, valve position, handle layout, D-ring location, fin interface and agreed pressure-retention conditions.
During bulk production, the approved drawing, material reference, color and artwork files, packing details and acceptance record become the batch-control baseline. Our quality-control process helps organize these checks for custom production. Pressure retention is a system result, so material permeability, rail seams, valves, attachments and the finished structure should be reviewed together when a leak or pressure drop is investigated.
FAQ About Wholesale Inflatable Paddle Boards
Is LonaTarp an inflatable paddle board manufacturer or only a material supplier?
LonaTarp manufactures the pressure-holding drop-stitch material and can convert it into complete custom SUP products for approved B2B projects. The finished scope, including deck, fittings, accessories and packaging, is confirmed in the project specification.
What is the MOQ for custom inflatable paddle boards?
Our normal custom-production baseline is 300m of material. The board quantity is calculated from the approved size, construction, cutting yield and kit. We do not quote a universal piece MOQ before those inputs are known.
Can you add a private-label logo and custom artwork?
Yes. Color, screen-printed graphics, product markings, labels and packaging can be developed from approved artwork files. Print method, coverage, color reference and batch tolerance are confirmed before the sample.
Which drop-stitch construction is best for an inflatable SUP?
There is no universal construction for every channel. Board size, target use, weight objective, stiffness expectation, rail design, working pressure and budget need to be reviewed together. We recommend approving the actual structure and sample rather than relying on a layer-count name.
Can pumps, paddles, fins, leashes and bags be included?
They can be included when specified in the approved accessory list. Brand, model, quantity, inspection responsibility and packing position must be confirmed; these accessories are not an automatic standard kit for every order.
How do you confirm pressure retention?
The test protocol should state starting pressure, temperature, hold time and allowable pressure change. If a result is abnormal, the material, rail seams, valve, attachments and finished structure are checked as one system.
Can we approve a sample before bulk production?
Yes. A pre-production sample can be used to confirm board geometry, appearance, deck and fitting layout, pressure-retention method, accessories and packing before the approved specification is released to bulk production.
Do all custom SUP orders have a 15-day lead time?
Fifteen days is our normal production reference after specification and sample approval. The confirmed schedule depends on the board construction, custom print, accessory sourcing, testing, packing and order size.
