Custom Inflatable Sea Pool for Yachts Projects
An inflatable sea pool must do more than float beside a yacht. The pressure-holding frame, swimming enclosure, yacht interface and deployment route need to work together as one finished system for safe handling, repeat use and project-level acceptance.
LonaTarp develops made-to-order inflatable sea pool projects for yacht builders, refit yards, charter fleets, yacht management companies, marine distributors and commercial resort operators looking for an inflatable pool for yacht applications. We do not sell single retail units or ready-made stock models; each project is designed around the approved yacht layout, operating conditions and buyer requirements.
Plan the Inflatable Yacht Pool Around the Vessel, Not a Stock Size
An inflatable yacht pool is usually specified around the vessel, not chosen from a retail size list. The first design review should establish where the pool meets the yacht, how crew members launch and recover it, and where it will be stored after deflation.
A yacht floating pool must fit the handling route as well as the swim platform. A large opening may look attractive on a drawing, but it can become impractical if the packed modules cannot pass through the storage route or if the crew cannot control the frame during deployment.
| Project Decision | Why It Changes the Finished Product | Information to Send |
|---|---|---|
| Yacht interface | Contact geometry and pull direction affect local reinforcement and connection points | Swim-platform drawing, waterline, freeboard, photos and proposed attachment route |
| Clear swim area | Inner length and width determine the frame layout and material use | Required inner opening, expected users and operating purpose |
| Enclosure depth | Net depth and bottom treatment affect handling, drag and connection loads | Target depth, water environment and preferred enclosure concept |
| Launch and recovery | Crew route and lifting method can limit module size and packed form | Storage opening, handling equipment, crew process and pump arrangement |
| Operating conditions | Exposure and use frequency affect material, seam and inspection requirements | Water type, temperature range, sunlight, folding frequency and operating limits |

Yacht Sea Pool Frame, Enclosure and Connection Layout
A custom yacht floating pool is designed as one complete system. The floating frame, netted swimming enclosure, yacht-side connection points, reinforcement zones and recovery details must be planned together according to the yacht platform, water conditions and crew handling route.

Choose Pressure-Holding Materials for an Inflatable Ocean Pool
An inflatable ocean pool is repeatedly inflated, folded, moved and exposed to water and sunlight. Material selection therefore cannot be reduced to one GSM number. We check the drop-stitch or airtight structure, base fabric, coating system, dimensional stability, coating adhesion, fold behavior and compatibility with the intended welding route.
The seam is part of the pressure boundary. Surface treatment, coating formulation, panel thickness, weld width, temperature or high-frequency settings and local reinforcement can all change joint performance. Pressure, load and service-life figures are not published as universal values; they must be tied to the approved construction, test method and operating conditions.
Send a Project Brief That Can Be Costed Correctly
Before we quote a sea pool for yachts, floating sea pool or inflatable pool for a yacht, please send enough information to review both the finished system and the material program:
company name, website, business type, country and target market;
yacht model or project type, swim-platform drawing, photos and proposed interface;
outer size, required clear swim opening, enclosure depth and expected operating use;
planned frame layout, net or bottom concept, connection, recovery and storage route;
estimated finished quantity, total material demand and annual repeat forecast;
required GSM/thickness, base fabric, color, surface finish and performance requirements;
branding, packing, accessories and target-market documents when applicable;
sample acceptance method, expected delivery window and any project constraints.
Project qualification: Made-to-order B2B supply · No single retail unit · 300 m material MOQ per confirmed specification.
FAQ About Custom Inflatable Sea Pools
Do you sell one inflatable sea pool or an in-stock model?
No. This is a made-to-order B2B program for companies and commercial projects. LonaTarp does not sell a single retail unit or keep standard sea pool models in stock.
How is the MOQ calculated for a finished sea pool?
The production minimum is 300 m for each confirmed material specification. Finished quantity depends on the approved dimensions, panel layout, enclosure, accessories and cutting yield, so it is calculated after the design is defined.
Can you hold material inventory for repeat orders?
There is no general stock. If repeat demand is stable and the GSM, base fabric, color and required performance remain unchanged, we can review the forecast and consider a separate planned-inventory arrangement. It is evaluated case by case and is not guaranteed stock.
Can the size, color, branding, net and yacht connection be customized?
Size, color and branding can be developed against the project specification. Net construction, ladders, yacht-side pads, connectors, ballast and anchoring points must be placed on the drawing and confirmed before they become part of the quoted product.
Which material system should be used for the inflatable frame?
The choice depends on frame geometry, working pressure, folding frequency, temperature, surface requirements and welding route. We review the pressure-holding material, sidewall compatibility, seam design and reinforcement together rather than approving the frame by GSM alone.
Does a net guarantee protection from jellyfish, debris or currents?
No standard configuration should be presented as a guarantee. Net opening, depth, edge treatment, attachment, local conditions and operating procedures all affect the result. The approved project must define the intended enclosure function and its acceptance limits.
What should a preproduction sample prove?
The sample route should confirm the items that matter to the approved design: dimensions, yacht interface, seam condition, fitting map, enclosure attachment, folding and packing, plus the agreed pressure-retention method. The exact scope depends on project risk.
What is the production lead time?
Material production is normally around 15 days after the specification and commercial terms are confirmed. Finished sea pool timing is quoted separately because drawing approval, prototype work, accessories, test scope and order quantity can extend the schedule.
