M60 Mosaic: A Darker Blue Tile Reference
M60 identifies a 1.5 mm reinforced PVC liner roll with a distinct blue mosaic print. Its sample shows deep blue tile blocks with lighter variation and pale dividing lines. Buyers building a color-coordinated pool range should specify M60 by code and approved swatch, especially when M30 or another blue mosaic is also being quoted. The print is the selection difference here; PVC and polyester reinforcement remain the same material system.
Compare M60 at Pool Scale
A small swatch can make two blue mosaics seem interchangeable. Review M60 beside the proposed coping, deck and adjacent liner colors, then look at a larger printed section to judge the tile scale and overall darkness. Record the accepted blue range and finish using a retained physical sample. Screen images and indoor lighting are insufficient color standards for a repeat order.
If several rolls will be welded into one pool, confirm the direction of the mosaic repeat before cutting. Agree how visible seams will be located and what degree of pattern matching is expected. The exact repeat and joining allowance should be checked on the supplied sample, not guessed from the product name.
Keep Design Approval and Material Approval Distinct
The accepted M60 appearance does not replace checks on thickness, polyester support, PVC layer quality, roll flatness or a trial weld. Specify the intended fabrication route and any required water-treatment or outdoor-exposure tests in the order documents. Performance claims depend on the confirmed construction, test conditions and project requirements.
Quote the M60 Roll, Not a Generic Blue Liner
Provide the M60 reference, approved shade, 1.5 mm target, roll width and length, required area, expected seam layout and destination market. Mention any planned replenishment so a reference sample can be used for batch comparison. Roll Materials: MOQ 5,000 m². See the pool liner material range when comparing thicknesses or other surface designs.
