M100 Circular Floral Print on Reinforced PVC Liner Rolls
The M100 design reference uses repeating blue circular floral motifs. It is a decorative alternative to the water-ripple and mosaic prints in the 1.2 mm pool liner range. Specify M100 when this visible motif has been approved for the project or distributor catalogue. Its visual identity should remain separate from the PVC layer and polyester fabric specification, which must be confirmed for the actual order.
Plan Motif Placement, Not Just Color
Large repeated shapes may be cut through at panel edges, steps or corners. Before production, review the motif scale on a full-width sample and decide whether the fabricator needs a preferred orientation or a placement allowance. Compare the accepted blue and white areas under agreed lighting; a close-up pattern tile does not show how several motifs will look across a finished pool wall.
Give the Fabricator a Material Sample
Use the proposed M100 roll to check thickness, surface feel, print consistency and a trial weld. If a protective finish or a specified pool-water test is required, list it in the purchase specification and confirm the method and acceptance criteria. Do not treat the circular print as evidence of different strength or chemical resistance from another pattern on the same construction.
