Judge the Pattern at the Planned Seam
Irregular pieces can disguise some visual repetition in a small image, yet a weld still joins two cut sections. Review a wider M90 sample to check the repeat direction, apparent scale and blue balance. Ask the installer or fabricator where the seams will fall, and approve any expected offset before cutting begins.
Verify the Material Behind the Artwork
For bulk supply, record the 1.2 mm thickness requirement, polyester reinforcement, roll dimensions, surface treatment and welding method. Test the proposed seam using the buyer's own process. Any resistance to pool chemicals, UV exposure or abrasion must be tied to the agreed formulation and test evidence; it is not established by the M90 pattern code.
