1.2 mm Waterproof Pool Liner #W10 for B2B Roll Supply
W10 is a 1.2 mm reinforced PVC pool liner material supplied in rolls for pool-liner fabricators, distributors, contractors and project buyers. The PVC layers provide the waterproof lining, while the internal polyester reinforcement supports handling, cutting and welding. The finished pool system still depends on the selected material, seam design, installation and operating conditions.
This page covers the W10 material specification. If a project needs a particular surface pattern, anti-slip finish or water-park use, those requirements should be confirmed against an approved sample and the project specification rather than assumed from the product name.
What to Confirm Before Choosing W10
- Pool and installation: pool construction, dimensions, substrate, detail areas and the proposed welding method.
- Material specification: 1.2 mm thickness tolerance, reinforcement structure, roll width and length, surface finish and color or pattern.
- Exposure: water treatment, cleaning chemicals, sunlight, temperature and any required project standard or test method.
- Fabrication: sample appearance, cutting behavior, weld trials, seam inspection and compatibility with the installer's process.
Thickness alone does not establish suitability. Confirm the complete construction and the acceptance criteria with the buyer, fabricator and project team before bulk production.
Suitable Project Directions
Reinforced PVC liner rolls can be considered for concrete, steel-panel and prefabricated pool projects, including renovations, when the material and installation method meet the project requirements. W10 should be reviewed for the actual pool geometry, detail zones and water-treatment conditions. A wave pool or splash-pad project needs its own surface, slip-resistance and safety assessment; W10 should not be specified for that use without project-specific validation.
