300GSM 1000D 4×4 Clear Mesh Tarpaulin
This clear mesh tarpaulin is transparent reinforced PVC fabric: a continuous clear PVC material combined with a polyester reinforcement grid. The word “mesh” refers to the visible reinforcing structure inside the material, not open holes for ventilation.
For manufacturers producing transparent curtains, enclosure panels or dividers, the decision is how the selected reinforcement, clarity and joining method work together. Airflow must be provided by the enclosure design where required; it is not an inherent function of this solid reinforced sheet.
Confirm the three numbers on the material sample
| Product-title reference | Meaning to confirm before approval |
|---|---|
| 300 GSM | Target mass per area of the complete PVC-and-fabric composite |
| 1000D | The specified reinforcement yarn size and whether it applies to both directions |
| 4×4 | The reinforcement count, its unit and the warp/weft arrangement |
Request the written construction alongside a sample. A 4×4 label without its counting unit is incomplete, and the denier value does not provide a measured tensile or tear result. Check thickness separately from finished mass.
Inspect clarity and the finished seam together
Hold the sample against the view or light condition the final panel needs to preserve. Look at grid visibility, haze, surface marks and any distortion after folding. A reinforced transparent material will not look identical to unreinforced clear film.
Trial the intended seam and fixing arrangement using the proposed material. Rain protection depends on the continuous sheet together with sound joins and installation; the visible grid does not make an enclosure waterproof by itself. Confirm the relevant leakage and mechanical requirements for the assembled product.
Order transparent reinforced roll material
To review this 300 GSM / 1000D / 4×4 reference, send the final panel use, clear-material sample or appearance reference, usable width, quantity and joining process. The minimum custom roll order is 5,000 m². Include the reinforcement-count unit and any light-transmission or test requirement in the specification.
