Made to Coordinate with Gray Outdoor Furniture

This 750GSM printed PVC tarpaulin uses layered gray strands and fine shadow details to create the appearance of braided wicker. Its neutral finish is designed to sit visually alongside gray patio chairs, tables, storage boxes, and other woven-look outdoor furnishings.

A furniture-cover brand can use the pattern to make protective products feel like part of the original furniture collection rather than an unrelated industrial cover. The gray palette also works with common black, silver, and charcoal accessories, including webbing, straps, buckles, and reinforced edges.

The wicker design is a printed image on flexible PVC tarpaulin. It does not turn the material into natural wicker, breathable mesh, furniture upholstery, or a load-bearing woven panel.

Translating 750GSM into Product Design

The 750GSM specification gives converters a material with more weight and body than lighter printed tarpaulins in the range. This can be useful for products where buyers want a more substantial hand feel, but the weight should not be treated as proof of a particular tensile strength or service life.

During conversion, the material can be cut into panels and joined through welding or sewing. Pattern direction, seam placement, corner reinforcement, handles, straps, and fastening points should be decided according to the shape of each finished cover.

The continuous PVC surface acts as a water barrier and supports routine wipe-down cleaning. No additional fabric-construction data or performance test results have been supplied with the current product information, so requirements such as UV exposure, fire performance, cold conditions, or specified mechanical strength need separate verification.

Applications Across the Furniture-Cover Supply Chain

A cover factory can convert the rolls into coordinated products for patio chairs, dining tables, lounge sets, garden storage units, and outdoor equipment. Using one visual design across several cover dimensions allows the manufacturer to build a recognizable collection instead of selling unrelated individual items.

Importers and garden-product wholesalers can position the material as a furniture-aligned alternative to plain gray covers. The same pattern can be carried across storage covers, waterproof organizers, flexible privacy panels, and enclosure components to broaden the assortment.

Hospitality and project suppliers may consider it for terrace-equipment covers, temporary dividing panels, or protective products used around cafés, resorts, and recreational facilities. The relevant outdoor exposure and public-space requirements should be defined before production.

The strongest product fit is therefore not structural wickerwork or chair seating, but flexible covers and fabricated PVC items that need to complement wicker-style surroundings.

Standard Design or a Print Reserved for Your Collection

The displayed gray wicker pattern allows a buyer to introduce a coordinated cover range without commissioning new artwork. Before the material is assigned to several SKUs, a sample can be reviewed for gray tone, print scale, surface character, and 750GSM weight.

Brands requiring a market-exclusive appearance may submit their own design from 5,000 m². Printed production is limited to widths of 2 meters. When new artwork requires a dedicated engraved roller, the initial roller charge can be returned after the purchasing volume specified in the commercial agreement has been reached.

Roll length, packing units, private labels, and shipment schedules can be aligned with the buyer’s conversion and inventory plan. LonaTarp supplies the material primarily in rolls, with cutting, welding, sewing, and complete cover production available when additional manufacturing support is needed.
