A Dark Cane Pattern with Two Levels of Detail
This 900GSM Black Cane Weave Printed PVC Tarpaulin uses elongated black strands, narrow cross-bindings, and gray highlights to reproduce the appearance of woven cane. The close-up view shows the individual intersections, while the full roll presents a darker and more uniform geometric surface.
This two-level appearance makes the pattern useful for large products. Fine details remain visible at close range, while the overall black finish coordinates with dark furniture, equipment, frames, straps, and metal accessories when viewed from a distance.
The apparent depth is created by printed shadows and highlights. The surface should not be described as embossed, ventilated, or physically woven unless those characteristics are confirmed in the material specification.
Account for the Finished Weight at 900GSM
At 900GSM, this is one of the highest-weight materials in the printed tarpaulin range. Before confirming it for a project, calculate the total weight of the finished cover or panel rather than evaluating the roll specification alone.
Large finished products may require additional consideration for lifting, folding, installation, removal, and storage. Handles, attachment points, reinforced areas, and supporting structures should be planned around the final dimensions and expected handling method.
The 900GSM value identifies material weight; it does not independently confirm tensile strength, tear performance, service life, or suitability for a specific environment. Match any technical requirement to verified product data before production.
Match the Print to the Project
| Project Direction | Possible Finished Products | Visual Contribution |
|---|---|---|
| Dark outdoor furniture | Chair covers, table covers and lounge-set covers | Coordinates with black frames and dark woven furniture |
| Commercial equipment | Equipment covers and protective enclosures | Creates a more finished appearance than plain black material |
| Space separation | Flexible partitions, privacy panels and enclosure sections | Adds visible structure to a large dark surface |
| Storage products | Storage-box covers, waterproof organizers and protective bags | Connects related products through one recognizable pattern |
| Branded projects | Custom covers and project-specific PVC products | Supports a consistent dark visual style |
The print is intended to change the appearance of flexible covering products. It is not a substitute for structural cane panels, load-bearing woven furniture, anti-slip flooring, or breathable mesh.
Use Both Views When Approving the Pattern
Use the close-up image to review the cane shape, cross-binding details, gray highlights, and apparent depth of the print. These details influence how the material will look on smaller panels and products viewed at close range.
Use the roll image to assess the overall darkness, pattern density, and visual effect across a larger area. A design that appears highly detailed in a close-up may look more uniform after it is converted into a large cover.
Before production, compare a physical sample with both image views. Screen brightness and contrast can change the perceived black tone, so the approved sample should remain the main reference for color and print appearance.
Manufactured to the Confirmed Order
We produce the black cane-weave material after the order specification has been confirmed. The pattern shown is an available design reference, not an indication that finished rolls have been produced in advance.
Select the displayed design or send us original artwork for a separate print-development project. Both options follow a made-to-order process, with a minimum order quantity of 5,000 m². Custom artwork, color approval, and related development terms are confirmed before production.
Roll configuration, identification labels, packing requirements, and required technical documents are agreed for the individual order. A confirmed physical sample can be used as the reference for the production run and any later order placed to the same specification.
