This drop stitch inflatable material is a 2600 GSM, 500D × 500D construction made for a 3.5 cm finished chamber. Procurement teams normally choose it when a compact profile matters more than deep-panel buoyancy. The 1.55 m roll width, dot surface and airtight PVC formulation must still fit the buyer’s panel drawing and welding route.

A low chamber changes more than finished thickness. It affects edge geometry, valve clearance, fold lines and the usable cutting area. We therefore review the complete component layout before confirming this model for a bulk run.

Where a 3.5 cm Chamber Helps—and Where It Does Not

The shallow cavity can suit compact mattresses, inserts and hot-tub components that need a flatter profile. It is not a substitute for 8, 15 or 20 cm material when the design depends on deeper buoyancy or a taller structural panel.

Send the finished dimensions and seam allowance before choosing the 1.55 m width. A drawing that looks narrow enough may still exceed the usable area after edge bands, valve zones and welding clearance are added.

Approval Checks for a Low-Profile Inflatable Panel

For sampling, define the chamber height tolerance, seam construction, target pressure, hold time and acceptable pressure loss. GSM alone does not establish an operating-pressure rating.

For production release, compare the approved sample with the order specification for color, surface, width, roll packing and welded-panel behavior. If graphics are required, use a separately approved printable route rather than assuming this catalog model accepts every ink system.
