Print and Seam Tests before Color Approval
The useful sample is a printed and welded component, not only a flat color swatch. Review adhesion after curing, color against the approved reference, rub and fold behavior, and seam quality where the printed face approaches the weld.
Bulk QC should retain the approved artwork revision, color reference, roll direction and inspection method. That makes repeat orders auditable instead of relying on a screen image or verbal color name.
