30cm 1000D Woven Drop Stitch Fabric

This 30 cm woven drop stitch fabric is a deep-chamber, 2.03 m-wide construction using 1000D × 1000D yarns at a nominal 2200 GSM. It is intended for engineered inflatable panels where depth, edge restraint and load distribution must be considered together.

Some buyers search for 1000 denier reinforced drop stitch. For this model, 1000D identifies the yarn construction; “reinforced” must be tied to the actual face, edge and finished assembly rather than used as an unsupported pressure claim.

Treat 30 cm as a Structural System

A chamber twice as deep as a 15 cm panel changes sidewall leverage, valve access, edge-band geometry and deflection. Provide the support points, operating orientation and load case before selecting a seam layout.

The 2.03 m width can reduce joins, but large parts need controlled handling. Confirm cutting capacity, lifting method, marking and pack size at the same time as the material order.

Use Full-Scale Pressure and Deflection Criteria

Do not derive pressure from 2200 GSM or 1000D. Approve a full-size or representative assembly at the target pressure, record hold time and allowable loss, and measure shape or deflection at defined locations.

Yes, after the drawing, tolerance, orientation, identification and packing sequence have been approved.
