10cm Dot or In-Line Drop Stitch PVC Fabric

For repeat mattress programs, this drop stitch PVC fabric gives the buyer a fixed 10 cm chamber with two surface routes: dot or in-line. The base specification is 2700 GSM and 500D × 500D, with 1.68 and 1.85 m roll widths for different panel nests.

Dot and in-line versions should be treated as separate approved SKUs. Mixing them under one purchase description makes visual consistency, roll planning and reorder control difficult.

Turn the Pattern Choice into a Purchase Specification

State the surface pattern on the drawing, purchase order and sample label. For the in-line option, add the required direction. Then calculate whether 1.68 or 1.85 m gives the better panel count after seam allowances.

If one order contains multiple sizes, keep a SKU-to-width matrix. This prevents operators from cutting a valid material width that creates avoidable waste on another model.

Control Reorders with Measurable Acceptance Points

Record finished chamber height, usable width, color, surface, seam design, test pressure, hold duration and allowable pressure loss. The nominal 2700 GSM and 500D values are identifiers; they do not replace those finished-panel checks.

Before a repeat order, compare the retained sample and approved data sheet with the new production plan. Any change in pattern, width or welding setup should trigger a fresh component check.

Place 10cm Dot or In-Line Drop Stitch PVC Fabric beside the other heights and constructions in our Drop Stitch Fabrics collection before final selection.

FAQ

Which pattern is better for a 10 cm mattress?

Neither is automatically better. Choose the appearance and direction that fit the product design, then approve the finished panel under the same test conditions.

May 1.68 m and 1.85 m rolls be combined?

They can serve different SKUs, but the purchase order and cutting plan must keep the widths traceable to prevent yield and size errors.

Does 2700 GSM define the pressure limit?

No. Pressure suitability depends on the full material, seam and finished-product design and must be validated by an agreed test.

What quantity should a procurement team plan?

LonaTarp’s normal B2B threshold is 5,000 m², with sample confirmation arranged before mass production.
