For renovation projects, we do not recommend choosing the liner only by a generic grade name. The installer should confirm the shell condition, step geometry, drain position, overflow edge, welding access and how the material will be packed. Custom Pool Liners Need Drawings, Roll Width and Seam Planning

Custom pool liners should be quoted from project information, not from a single size. Send the pool layout, wall height, depth profile, steps, corner radius, drain positions, edge fixing method and target pattern. If the pool is already built, photos of the shell and problem areas are also useful.

For roll supply, we confirm width, roll length, packing method and whether the installer will weld on site. Blue, dark blue, light blue, tile, mosaic, wave and marble effects should be checked under the lighting conditions expected in the project. For outdoor pools, color stability also depends on pigment, PVC formulation, UV system, surface treatment and local exposure.

Useful checks may include thickness, finished weight, tensile strength, tear behavior, peel strength, hot-air welding, colorfastness, UV or weathering requirements, chemical resistance and mold or fungus resistance when required.

The exact test method should be agreed before production. Artificial UV or aging test hours should not be translated directly into guaranteed outdoor years, because exposure angle, climate, pool chemistry, cleaning method and color can all change field performance.
