Choose the Material for Your Pool Application
Start with the pool design and how the liner panels will be made. In-ground and above-ground pools can require different panel shapes, seams, and fitting methods. Share your intended application and fabrication process so we can discuss a suitable film specification.
Select a Color or Pattern
Choose an existing color or printed design, or send a reference for custom pattern development. For printed liners, check the color, pattern scale, and repeat direction before approving the material. A new design may require dedicated printing cylinders.
Confirm the PVC Film Structure
Our vinyl pool liner film has no internal fabric reinforcement. Material below 20 mil uses one PVC film layer; material at 20 mil and above uses two PVC film layers. Confirm the thickness and construction of the grade you select against your liner production requirements.
Confirm Roll Dimensions & Processing Requirements
Specify the film thickness, roll width and length, quantity, color or pattern, and packaging. Include any equipment limits that affect roll handling, cutting, or welding.
Test a sample for seam quality, distortion, and surface appearance using your production process. Your team handles finished-liner fabrication and installation.

Does this vinyl pool liner film contain reinforcing fabric?
No. Both the single- and two-layer versions are PVC film without an internal textile reinforcement.
Is 20 mil film single-layer or two-layer?
In LonaTarp’s stated construction, film below 20 mil is single-layer; 20 mil and above is two-layer.
Does two-layer PVC film mean reinforced membrane?
No. Two PVC film layers do not add a textile reinforcement. Check the material specification when comparing it with reinforced membrane.
Can I check this film against the material I currently use?
Yes. Send the current film’s thickness, construction details, and a physical sample if available. Your team should verify the proposed film with its own fabrication process.
