A High-Weight PVC Base with a Geometric Finish
This 1000GSM Gray 3D Cube Printed PVC Tarpaulin combines a substantial PVC-coated material with a repeating optical cube design. Light outlines and shaded gray faces create the appearance of three-dimensional blocks across the surface.
The continuous PVC face provides a water barrier, supports routine wipe-down cleaning, and gives the cube pattern a consistent surface for printing. The material remains flexible, allowing it to be supplied in rolls and formed into large covers or panels.
At 1000GSM, the material contributes significant weight and body to the finished product. The geometric print adds visual structure, while the PVC tarpaulin provides the functional covering surface underneath it.
The Print Changes Appearance, Not Material Function
The cube pattern creates depth through printed lines, contrast, and shading. It does not mean the surface is physically raised, embossed, padded, impact-resistant, or anti-slip.
Likewise, the 1000GSM value describes the mass of the material per square meter. It does not independently confirm thickness, tensile strength, tear resistance, or expected service life.
Evaluate the product as two connected elements:
- The PVC tarpaulin provides the flexible coated material.
- The 1000GSM weight affects the body and total finished weight.
- The cube print changes the visual appearance.
- Verified technical data determines application-specific performance.
This distinction helps prevent the geometric design or high material weight from being mistaken for an unconfirmed functional feature.
Plan Material Weight and Pattern Direction Together
For a large cover or flexible panel, calculate the total product weight together with hems, reinforced sections, attachment points, straps, and other components. Consider how the completed item will be installed, removed, folded, transported, and stored.
At the same time, define how the cube pattern will run across the finished surface. Rotating one panel or placing a seam through the wrong area can interrupt the three-dimensional visual effect.
For products assembled from several panels, prepare the cutting layout around both material consumption and pattern alignment. Corners, openings, joins, and reinforced areas should be positioned without making the cube directions appear inconsistent.
A physical sample can help evaluate the material weight, flexibility, gray tone, cube scale, and visual effect before the complete product structure is confirmed.
Match the Material Role with the Print Role
| Project Direction | Role of the 1000GSM PVC Tarpaulin | Role of the 3D Cube Print |
|---|---|---|
| Large equipment covers | Provides a substantial flexible covering material | Breaks up a plain gray surface |
| Commercial partitions | Creates a continuous covered panel | Adds geometric depth to visible areas |
| Storage covers | Forms the protective outer covering | Gives related products a recognizable appearance |
| Flexible enclosure panels | Supports a made-to-order panel structure | Creates visual order across larger surfaces |
| Custom project products | Provides the selected material weight and PVC surface | Adapts the appearance to the intended environment |
Final suitability depends on the required dimensions, installation method, supporting structure, operating conditions, and confirmed technical performance.
Flame retardancy, UV resistance, low-temperature performance, chemical resistance, and mechanical strength should be verified separately whenever the project requires them.
Approve the Material and Print as One Specification
We manufacture this product after the material and print details have been confirmed. The displayed gray cube pattern is an available production reference; it does not represent pre-produced rolls ready for immediate dispatch.
Before production, confirm the 1000GSM weight, surface character, gray color, cube dimensions, print direction, roll requirements, packing method, and required technical standards. Use the approved physical sample as the reference for both material and visual appearance.
You may select the displayed cube design or submit original artwork for a different pattern. Both options follow a made-to-order process, with a minimum order quantity of 5,000 m².
