A Low-Contrast Grid on a Light Gray Surface
This 610GSM Light Gray Micro Grid Printed PVC Tarpaulin features a closely repeated pattern of small square cells over a soft gray background. Slight variations between the grid outlines and the base color create visible detail without producing a strong contrast.
At close range, the individual cells give the surface a precise geometric character. From farther away, the pattern becomes more subtle and the material appears as a consistent light gray surface.
The grid effect is created through printing. It is not an embossed texture, open mesh, anti-slip treatment, or physical reinforcement.
A Mid-Weight PVC Tarpaulin at 610GSM
At 610GSM, the material sits between lighter printed rolls and the higher-weight 800–1000GSM options in the range. It provides more material mass than a 510–550GSM specification while keeping the complete product lighter than the highest-weight alternatives.
The continuous PVC-coated face forms a water barrier and supports routine surface cleaning. The flexible material can conform to different cover and panel shapes while retaining the visual effect of the fine grid.
GSM measures material mass per square meter. It does not independently establish thickness, tensile strength, tear performance, UV resistance, flame retardancy, or expected service life. Verify any required technical property before production.
Confirm the Light Gray Tone Under Real Lighting
The product may appear close to white in a bright photograph or on a high-brightness screen. Its intended color is light gray, so a physical material sample should be used when accurate color coordination is important.
Review the sample under lighting similar to the intended environment. Natural daylight, cool commercial lighting, and warm indoor lighting can change how the gray tone and grid contrast are perceived.
The close-up image helps confirm cell shape, line definition, spacing, and color difference. The roll image shows how the fine pattern becomes more uniform across a larger area.
For connected panels, check the grid repeat and alignment before finalizing the layout. Even though the square pattern has no strong directional movement, an offset at a visible join may interrupt the otherwise regular surface.
Applications for a Subtle Gray Finish
Use the light gray micro-grid surface for furniture covers, equipment covers, flexible partitions, protective panels, and other made-to-order products that need a neutral appearance with restrained geometric detail.
The color can coordinate with silver frames, gray furniture, light interiors, commercial equipment, and modern hospitality environments without creating the maintenance expectations associated with a pure white surface.
For storage and organization projects, apply the material to protective covers, waterproof organizers, bags, and related PVC products. Review the grid at the actual finished-product scale, especially when the surface will be viewed from close range.
The printed grid provides visual texture only. It is not a ventilation mesh, measuring grid, reflective marking, or certified safety pattern.
Approve Color and Grid Definition Before Production
We manufacture this material after the product specification has been confirmed. The displayed light gray micro-grid pattern is an available design reference rather than a pre-produced roll prepared for immediate delivery.
Before production, confirm the light gray background, grid-line tone, cell size, repeat consistency, surface appearance, 610GSM weight, packing requirements, and any technical conditions required for the project.
You may select the displayed design or submit original artwork for a different print. Both options follow a made-to-order process, with a minimum order quantity of 5,000 m². Keep the approved physical sample as the color and print reference for production.
