A Restrained Pattern for Dark Gray Products
This 850GSM Gray Binding Rattan Weave Printed PVC Tarpaulin combines a charcoal-gray background with regularly spaced light-gray motifs. The grouped lines resemble the binding points found in woven rattan, creating a subtle pattern instead of a fully braided surface.
Choose this design when plain gray looks too basic but a detailed wicker pattern would appear too decorative. The low-contrast finish coordinates naturally with black webbing, gray straps, metal fittings, and other dark accessories.
The binding-weave effect is printed onto flexible PVC tarpaulin. It does not create an embossed texture, open mesh, structural reinforcement, or genuine rattan construction.
Plan the Finished Product Around 850GSM
The 850GSM weight gives the material considerable body. For a large cover or panel, consider the complete finished weight together with hems, reinforced areas, handles, straps, buckles, and other components.
The small binding motifs follow a regular direction. Determine the panel orientation before confirming the cutting layout so the pattern remains orderly across seams and joined sections.
The coated face helps separate covered items from rainwater and dirt while supporting routine surface cleaning. Requirements involving UV exposure, fire performance, low-temperature use, mechanical strength, or regulatory compliance should be verified through the relevant technical information before production.
Suitable Applications for Made-to-Order Projects
The gray binding pattern can be used for patio furniture covers, table covers, equipment covers, storage-box covers, flexible privacy panels, and commercial enclosure components. Its restrained appearance works well in dark gray furniture collections, terraces, cafés, recreational spaces, and organized work areas.
The material may also be developed into waterproof organizers, protective bags, storage covers, and other fabricated PVC products. The intended dimensions, fastening method, reinforcement structure, and installation environment should guide the final construction.
Use the print as a visual surface rather than a technical feature. Do not specify it as anti-slip, breathable, load-bearing, or physically reinforced unless those properties are supported by the actual material construction and test data.
Check the Material Against Your Project
Review a physical sample before confirming production. Pay attention to:
- Gray tone under the lighting conditions relevant to the application
- Size and spacing of the light binding motifs
- Direction of the print across the finished panel
- Appearance around seams and reinforced areas
- Material weight and handling characteristics
- Label and packing requirements
- Technical documents required for the project
A screen image can support initial selection, but differences in display settings may affect color appearance. Use the approved physical sample as the reference when the gray tone and print presentation are important.
Produced After Order Confirmation
We manufacture this gray binding-rattan tarpaulin after the material specification, quantity, roll configuration, labeling, and packing requirements have been agreed. The displayed pattern is an available design reference; it does not represent pre-produced rolls held for immediate dispatch.
You can select the displayed pattern or submit original artwork for a different print. Both routes follow a made-to-order process and require the applicable production quantity. The minimum order quantity is 5,000 m².
Before production, we can confirm the print reference, material weight, roll requirements, packing method, and any project-specific technical conditions. Custom artwork and related print-development terms are reviewed separately as part of the quotation.
