M80 Turquoise Mosaic on 1.5 mm Reinforced PVC
The M80 design reference uses small square tiles in turquoise, medium blue and darker blue, with mottled visual variation across the repeat. It gives a different pool interior appearance from M30 and M60 even when the quoted liner uses the same PVC layers, polyester reinforcement and 1.5 mm thickness. Specify M80 for its approved pattern, not as a separate strength grade.
Confirm What the Surface Actually Is
The stone-like variation visible in the M80 artwork describes the print. It does not prove that the finished roll has a raised or anti-slip texture. If slip resistance, embossing or a protective topcoat is required, name the target surface and test method separately, then verify a production-representative sample before committing to the order.
For the mosaic itself, inspect the tile size, print repeat, color transition and how the design continues across the planned weld positions. A sample of the intended roll width is more useful than a cropped image when the project includes long uninterrupted walls or several adjacent panels.
Set Up a Comparable M80 Sample Review
Ask the fabricator to test a seam using its actual welding settings. Compare the approved swatch with the proposed batch under agreed lighting, and inspect thickness, appearance and roll handling independently. Do not infer chlorine resistance, outdoor life or installation suitability from the decorative pattern.
