1.5 mm Reinforced PVC Pool Liner #M11
M11 is a 1.5 mm reinforced PVC pool-liner material for B2B roll supply. It combines PVC layers with an internal polyester reinforcement to provide a flexible waterproof lining material for pool-liner fabrication. The reinforcement, PVC formulation, surface finish and welding response should be assessed together; thickness alone does not prove strength, service life or fitness for a particular pool.
This page focuses on the reinforced material structure and the decisions needed before fabrication. Decorative printing, including mosaic patterns, is a separate surface option and should not define M11 unless the approved product sample and order specification include it.
How to Evaluate the Reinforced Structure
- Construction: confirm the reinforcement, PVC layers, nominal 1.5 mm thickness and agreed tolerances.
- Fabrication: test the buyer's cutting and welding method on the approved sample, including seam and detail-zone behavior.
- Surface: confirm color, texture, printing and appearance consistency only for the finish being ordered.
- Pool exposure: specify water treatment, cleaning regime, indoor or outdoor use, substrate and applicable project standard or test method.
- Delivery: agree roll width and length, packing, batch identification and inspection criteria before production.
Claims about UV, chlorine, slip resistance or color stability require the relevant formulation and test evidence. They should not be inferred from the M11 name or a single GSM value.
Where M11 May Fit
A 1.5 mm reinforced liner may be evaluated for new pool construction or renovation where a fabric-supported PVC membrane and weldable roll supply are required. The contractor should confirm the pool geometry, corners, drains, penetrations and installation method before specifying the material. Sample and Quotation Requirements
Request a sample review before bulk production when appearance, welding or chemical exposure is critical. Share the pool type, required width and length, reinforcement and finish requirements, expected quantity, target market, welding method, and any project standard or test report needed for acceptance.
